Simon and Andree Fox welcome you to our Bulgarian property for sale website.
Fox Properties is an established, independent, British managed real estate agency and building services company (established in 2005), specialising in the sale, building and renovation of houses. Our aim is to provide an in depth and personal service and as such have chosen to remain local.
We specifically specialise in Bulgarian village homes, bringing you into the heart of Bulgaria. However, we do also have a good selection of properties for sale on the Black Sea Coast.
We are based in General Toshevo, just an hour from Varna airport and over the past 4 years have gained an in depth understanding of the local property market and have worked hard learn the language and cultivate the best local contacts and workers, to offer you the highest standard of service.

In 2007 we welcomed our partners Mike and Jerry Black who are based in a truly beautiful area of Bulgaria in the region of Silistra, more specifically the village of Srebarna and the UNESCO designated Biosphere Nature Reserve.
They are extremely knowledgeable, and very supportive of the area they represent and are able to assist you in all aspects of property buying in Bulgaria and building services.
As ex pats ourselves, we have been through the experience of house buying and turning a house into a home and so understand the worries that come with the whole process; the buying of the property,using building services, setting up a company, insurance, and so the list goes on. Our job is to make all of this run as smooth as possible.
