As you may have noticed there's been a bit of a slump recently and of course this is having an impact on the price of property in Bulgaria. The press is recording price drops in the region of 30 to 40% so now is a better time to buy a property in Bulgaria than at any time in the past 5 years.
The people wanting to sell their property are becoming aware that the boom time has past and that if they wish to make a sale then they need to be prepared to negotiate. We've noticed a marked reduction in the prices that people are looking for when they ask us to sell their properties. Times are also hard, so for the first time in a long time it's a buyers market.
