This house of approximately 90sqm is in the village of Spasovo and sits to one end of a good sized, rectangular plot. In front of the house is a nice sized garden plot ideal for laying to lawn and flower beds (or keeping as a veg plot). Within this area there is a 28 meter well which is reported to never run dry.
The house itself is well built and in very good condition, including the roof, which appears sound and shows no sign of sagging joists. Inside there is a kitchen area with wet room to the back. The wet room is part tiled,has a sink, toilet and boiler. From the kitchen, up a couple of steps is the floor boarded sitting room and then a large hallway or "salon". These spaces are ideal places for putting a new bathroom. Off the hall are the two bedrooms, both good sized at 4 x 4sqm. The interior looks to be in good condition although some updating would be needed, as is usually the case.

The village is served by a couple of grocery stores, one of which is very accommodating and will get in any special requests you might make. There are also a couple of bars, post office and regular bus service. The beach at Durankulak is about half an hour away and is one of the best in the region. The nearest town, General Toshevo is 20 minutes away and the airport at Varna about an hour and fifteen.
