 The house itself is well built and in very good condition, including the roof, which appears sound and shows no sign of sagging joists. Inside there is a kitchen area with wet room to the back. The wet room is part tiled,has a sink, toilet and boiler. From the kitchen, up a couple of steps is the floor boarded sitting room and then a large hallway or "salon". These spaces are ideal places for putting a new bathroom. Off the hall are the two bedrooms, both good sized at 4 x 4sqm. The interior looks to be in good condition although some updating would be needed, as is usually the case. At the back of the house is the attached garage, with inspection pit, part stone, part steel construction. There is also another good sized building that comprises card playing/rakia drinking room, under cover parking and workshop and elsewhere, a building for livestock. The rear plot is being used for hay and has a well stocked orchard. Electricity, water and phone are all connected. Satellite TV and internet are also available. The village is served by a couple of grocery stores, one of which is very accommodating and will get in any special requests you might make. There are also a couple of bars, post office and regular bus service. The beach at Durankulak is about half an hour away and is one of the best in the region.
