Building Work

Once you have decided what building/renovation work you want, we will:

1. Arrange for our Builders and Project Manager to go with you to the property to discuss your requirements
2. Retain the services of an architect (if required).
3. Provide you with a written offer for the agreed work within a few days and tailor it to your budget / requirements
4. Take you shopping to choose your tiles, kitchen, paint, flooring and bathroom.
5. Agree a timescale for completion of the work and payment schedule between the client and the building company.
6. Ensure that the work is completed to the highest possible standard, on time and within the agreed budget.
7. Send you regular reports via email and photographs as the work progresses.

We fully understand how overwhelming it can be purchasing and renovating a property in Bulgaria, or considering building your dream home from scratch. At Fox Properties Bulgaria we endeavor to ensure that your "Bulgarian Experience" is not only successful, but completely enjoyable.

Our building teams are local, qualified trades people who understand what is expected of them and carry out work to the specification of the client although they are always happy to offer good advice and ideas should you want it.

Where required we engage the services of a local architect, (this is mainly for new builds and property extensions) who will prepare full plans in accordance with current legislation and provide an independent technical supervisor who will quality control the materials and provide independent inspection of electrical and plumbing installations.

You do not have to purchase a property from Fox Properties Bulgaria to take advantage of this service; however, you do have to own a property in our area of operation.
