When you are ready to visit us, we will arrange airport transfers from Varna airport, if required, to the best location for you to view the properties of interest to you, at any time of day or night, and accommodation for you in a comfortable hotel, B&B or villa (Subject to availability)
Prior to your arrival, we will ensure that the properties you want to see are available at the advertised price and make appointments with the vendors for viewing the properties. All our staff speak English
We will look after you throughout your stay to ensure you get the best out of Bulgaria during your visit.
After you have found your property, the legal process will be explained in detail and an appointment will be made for you to meet with a local lawyer or a lawyer of your choice to proceed to the next stage. Throughout this process we will be on hand to assist you along with a registered independent translator, as required by law. This stage will only take a few hours.
As part of the process, the title deeds and the plan of the property (Skitsa) will be checked by the lawyer to ensure all is in order prior to proceeding.
